Salmon Wraps

 

The Nourishment
1 can wild caught salmon
1 Avocado
1 Scallion sliced
1 tbs chopped Cilantro
Pinch Celery seed
Pinch Cayenne
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
2-3 Lacinato Kale leaves

The Art
1. Mix together salmon, ½ avocado, scallion, cilantro, celery seed, cayenne, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 
2. Remove stems from kale and divide each leaf into 6 rectangular pieces.
3. Place 1 tablespoon of the salmon and 1 thin slice of the remainder of the avocado neatly into each leaf and roll up. Secure with tooth picks.
4. Nourish!
