The most delicious breakfast I have had in a long time!
1/2 cup raw sprouted buckwheat groats
1/2 cup coconut milk (Aroy-D) or greek yoghurt
1-2 dates cut into small pieces or assorted dried fruit
1-2 tbsp hemp seeds or up to 1/4 cup assorted nuts or seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch cinnamon
1. Mix all ingredients together!
A raw, gluten free, grain free, breakfast cereal option packed with healthy fats, proteins, and vitamins to start your day off!
This is by far a superior breakfast option and is one of the most delicious things I have had in a while!
Even though it has no added sugar it is incredibly decedent. Sometimes I will even have a small bowl of this for dessert if I need something to curb my sweet tooth!
